But the President of the United States, IS. And Donnie can call up the President of El Salvador and ask (and then demand if necessary) that Abrego Garcia be returned.
If Donnie doesn't think he has any leverage over President Bukele, that's sad. But at the very least he can cancel the deal to send prisoners there, and stop paying.
