We make our own wrapper dough, and actually fold them up a bit differently. We do use that style, but also a round one that doesn't have the 'dimple' on top, and then a crescent-shaped one too.

And yes, it's definitely a collective project. I am clumsy-fingered and cannot be trusted with anything other than making dough and rolling it out, but the children are all remarkably good at folding up the momos now. Unlike mine, which often pop in the steamer.
