Having a bit of fun working up some diagrams & graphics for my #ttrpg rulebook for the Common Accord universe. Fair warning: As I've been writing this, it has turned into a universal system that can be played with any game world from #fantasy to #scifi space opera

I can't wait to get this out to players

A screenshot of various diagrams.

Top Left: 4 positions of a "missed" throw of an object; too near, too far, wide left, wide right.

Top Center: a diagram of 6-way movement on a hex grid, with each hex representing 1 meter

Top Right: a diagram of 8-way movement on a square grid, with each square representing 1 meter

Bottom: A perspective view of a square grid with a shirt button, a game pawn, and a 4-sided die used as character markers

A 饝惔饝惗饝悷饝惗 (hiti) is an ancient Newah urban water feature: a stepped, sunken courtyard with waterspouts and a central pool. These are fed through a remarkable network of pipes, reservoirs, and irrigation systems drawing water from mountain springs dozens of kilometres away. Every day, hundreds of people from the neighbourhood come to draw water, bathe, and exchange news. They are a unique and precious feature of Newa urban architecture through which neighbourhoods are created.
