Republicans also caused the 2 worst downturns of the past 100 years: the Great Depression which started in 1929 & the Great Recession which began in 2007.

Many simple small things can be made with today's affordable, automated machines and systems. Even the resources to make them. A family, a sales person and you're in business getting your product on shelves.
