The president asks his own DoJ every day to break the law he signed to release the Epstein files. He issues illegal executive orders constantly. Get real, Markwayne.

HASSAN: If directed by the president to take an action that would break the law, would you follow the law or the president?
MULLIN: The president would never ask me to do that
HASSAN: Well certainly everyday Americans who have served on juries would disagree with that

Surely you understand that under the unitary executive theory the law is what the President says it is.
There are still some federal courts that haven't got that memo, but SCOTUS seems to have little trouble with the good old Führerprinzip. Worked great for the Nazis who shouldn't it work great now?
@georgetakei It’s like they believe that it’s not illegal is they say it isn’t, which to any sane person is not how the law works.
@georgetakei 🙄 You can like to yourself #Markwayne , but the rest of us know better
@georgetakei Get real - and get a decent name, Markwayne.
@georgetakei Fetterman used to do stuff like this: https://abcnews.com/Politics/pride-flag-pennsylvania-capitol-balcony-hours-raised/story?id=78038835 He didn't used to be a tool. I don't know how he became so captured by the right.
I dunno about you all, but I unconditionally trust people who can't answer Yes or No questions
