@georgetakei just to be clear, as a german: the term concentration camp come from colonialist counter insurgency and describes a place where people of certain target groups are collected (concentrated) in order to separate them from the general public. it has never ever meant something like neutral.

On April 29, 1945 the U.S. Army demonstrated how to deal with concentration camp guards. The Nuremberg tribunals confirmed the correctness of this process. (If you use the British system, the rope is reusable.)
Someone ought to point this out to DHS and their subordinates.
