Strange thing about monastic culture. Most monastics reach out to communicate, offering an email address. An overwhelming majority of Buddhists are total non-geeks. Email is still seen as the lowest common denominator. I have enough seniority now, that I have a little bit of leverage. So I reply with a #Signal link, which is more private. #Privacy #infosec #buddhism
