Going out on a limb here but this is some guy's highly specific J G Ballardesque/Rule 34 fantasy, right? To become a human airplane with a sexy young woman chained to your back?

It's not my kind of thing but hey who am I to judge the author/artist? You do you.

When I was on Tumblr more, I used to repost a lot of old sci-fi magazine illustrations. And at one point I had a whole collection with the hashtag #ImpracticalSpaceSuits

There are a lot. And the ways they're impractical are sometimes pretty random, but usually (not always) have to do with revealing women's bodies.
