Yes. And it is not an attack.
They simply tell you what they will do.
And no one seem to be able to do something about it, at least the usual way.

As Buffett once said:
"There’s class warfare, all right, but it’s my class, the rich class, that’s making war, and we’re winning."

If the rich class aka #oligarchs unites with religious extremists it is a war against the democracy.
