and it's a glorious document that Breton took back to Europe to open chapters of the International Federation of Independent Revolutionary Art <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manifesto_for_an_Independent_Revolutionary_Art>

but it didn't last very long.

In the spirit of continuous revolution, is it time for the Next International Federation of Independent Revolutionary Art ?
