1. Good luck getting an amendment to the Constitution passed and ratified in 3 years (2, really when you consider our insanely long election cycles).
2. I will be surprised if Trump's ailments haven't taken him to meet his maker before the end of his second term. If he manages to survive that long, his brain will likely be so far gone by then he may not even be able to speak. The decline in his verbal abilities continues unabated.

If, for example, an Amendment were passed which said women can be beaten on Sundays, it would be constitutional, though it would be immoral and awful.
