The Federal government became his personal plaything. He became intoxicated with power, firing hundreds of thousands of Federal workers, alienating our trading partners by imposing ridiculously high tariffs. Our stock market became unstable. He blatantly disobeyed our Supreme Court and legal system. The period was dark.
