I'm under no illusion that writing letters or making calls is the solution. And I'm not sure how much it will help. But we have to make our voices heard somehow and I'm unable to go to any protests in person.

So many do not understand when you take away basic, American rights from one person, regardless of race, country of origin, gender, or religious beliefs...or what they say, it has a way of rebounding on everyone. At some point all of us can be affected. We could be arrested and taken away, or disappear, if the new administration doesn't like what I say...'The president is a jerk'. THAT might get a natural born American citizen neutralized. It CAN happen here.
