@georgetakei If the account attributed to Emily Heller is accurate, what could have happened is that some officers told her to move, some ICE officers/agents wanted her to stop, and the officers/agents didn't communicated with each other. Should some ICE managers face charges for criminal negligence for sending inadequately trained armed agents out in public? Let's look into that too.
