Poor Mikey Johnson claimed to be blowing this off and an it-will-never--happen fantasy of Trump's. He wasn't dissing his lord and master. He was gaslighting the American people, telling them not to worry, that everything will be all right. Johnson is a cretinous putz.
Even if a Secretary of Defense calls himself Secretary of War, he can call a Russian-style war a "military operation" and precipitate a "national crisis" that will prolong and exacerbate the country's suffering.
