How is that probable cause?!
@georgetakei Bovino is a Fascist Nazi Proud Boy. Very small gun in his holster.
@phwolfe940 Totally sounds like a good guy.
Just Trump’s thugs trying to bully normal people into submission… nothing to see here people…
if you don't immediately kneel down in abject submission to the trooper's (or ?) divine power, you are a committing dignity, which is now a chargeable offense, like heresy and wrong-think.
@georgetakei wonder if you could sue under discrimination, is anxiety-disorder considered a protected class? it won't go through, presumably, but it'd be interesting to try.
It's not.
It's ment to cause intimidation and fear so you are complicit in your own subjugation.
@georgetakei Oh, my demeanor will change, all right.
This is another one that will cry like a baby as he is sentenced for Civil rights violations under the color of law.
@georgetakei The thought police are here.
@georgetakei Like hell they will.
@georgetakei Typical of the bully/abuser mentality. "You made me hit you!"
@georgetakei Probable cause is whatever the Trump Nazi SCOTUS says it is, apparently. No laws exist in this country, except those aimed at its citizens. The gangsters get away with murder, and threaten us all. This isn't even a republic anymore.
@georgetakei
Just in case it wasn't already clear that they are terrified of our protests.
@georgetakei As Neo said: „You can‘t scare me with this Gestapo-Crap. I give you the finger and you give me my phonecall…“ Unfortunately, Agent Smith was able to scare him.
@georgetakei this was how jurors in the Terror of the french revolution were told to determine guilt. If they look nervous, they must be guilty, for the innocent need fear nothing. Where have you heard that lately?
@georgetakei
I suspect that's only applicable to looking scared while brown (or black).
Arresting ANYONE on "probable cause" is and should be WRONG.
हिति , in Nepāl Bhāṣā, is the word for a shared community water tap. Even in modern Newar cities, these ancient structures still pour out fresh mountain water piped through ancient underground filters and conduits. They are a place to wash, to talk, to drink, to meet the locals: a nourishing, refreshing social-ecological place.
