@georgetakei I officially no longer feel embarrassed about the time I was whining to my best friend about my now-ex via email, and the Sun was glaring so bad on my screen that I didn't realize when the mouse jumped on my screen and accidentally cc'd it to the now-ex.
No, that wasn't what ended it. His narcissism ultimately did, but yeah, that's a thing that definitely made things worse for me. In retrospect, I wish he'd just cut me loose back then. Instead, he yanked my chain for another 4 years. Then I finally wised up and made a clean break.
Anyway, I'm no longer embarrassed about that. Serves him right anyway!
